From 192 to 148 by adding this to my coffee!
… WITHOUT giving up any of my favorite snacks or desserts!
For years I quietly resented my daughter for ruining my waistline…
Yes, I know how that awful that sounds.. but my belly stayed flabby and round for more than THREE DECADES after her birth.
I tried spending all day in the gym, and cutting out every single food that taste good. I only dropped 1 or 2 here and there, but I always regained that flab plus more.
I tried every weight-loss program but they never worked for me!
Did it helped that I had a mountain of stress from trying to be a mom, a homemaker, a gym bunny (HAH!) and a career woman all at once? HECK no!
I was embarrassed to admit it.. but the intimacy between me and my husband vanished and I’d always catch him starting at younger women… even after everything I did for him.
I was sacrificing everything to try and be a “perfect mom” and the “perfect wife”… only to stare at my reflection one day and realize there was nothing perfect about me.
I looked so tired, dumpy, frumpy, and angry all the time…and that’s when I knew something needed to change.
And not only that, it had to be something realistic to MY schedule. I couldn’t just magically add more hours to the day… so I looked online for something faster and easier.
One night I had my “Eureka Moment” when my friend shared a video explaining this “Breakfast Trick” I use today!
She had incredible results that I really couldn’t believe. I was really skeptical but with my health the way it was, I decided to take a chance!!! I Thank God that I did!!!
Turns out, my issues had NOTHING to do with diet, genetics, or exercise.
The REAL issue was toxins in the environment which simply “drip away” thanks to this breakfast trick.
That explains so much to why I was struggling this past few years..
Now, after three decades being stuck at 212, I’m proudly back to 129 and couldn’t be happier!
I even shared this “Breakfast Trick” with my daughter.. and she was able to “bounce back” from her 3rd pregnancy in her mid 30’s within less than a year!
Oh, and my husband is finally keeping his eyes where they belong…on ME! And I could say more about that…but I won’t 😉
